Bonus spins rules
Bonus spins are staked at the game’s predefined value and on the specified title only. Winnings from spins are added to your bonus balance and are subject to the same wagering rules as the matched bonus unless stated otherwise at the point of claim.
Wagering requirement and contribution
The standard wagering requirement for the welcome package is 40x the bonus amount. Most slots contribute at the highest rate unless stated otherwise in the game info or the Promotions page. Wagering applies to the bonus balance only. Real money is used and settled first. Once wagering is complete, any remaining bonus balance is moved to your real balance.
Fair play and restricted activity
Abusive betting patterns and attempts to artificially extend wagering will lead to removal of the bonus and related winnings. Examples include low risk hedging between games or accounts, or staking patterns that are not consistent with normal recreational play. Deposits withdrawals and balance order
Deposits made with methods that are not available for withdrawals may require an alternative withdrawal route after review. The cashier shows the available options for your account. Withdrawals from a balance that includes bonus funds are only possible after all wagering rules are met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it may be removed.
Expiry and bonus removal
Unless stated otherwise at the point of claim, the welcome package expires 30 days after it is granted. Any remaining bonus funds and pending bonus winnings are removed when the expiry time is reached. You can cancel a bonus at any time, which will remove the bonus funds and related winnings.
Game availability and changes
From time to time, a game may be unavailable due to maintenance or supplier decisions. If the specified game for bonus spins is unavailable, we may credit spins on a replacement title of similar type. Any change will be shown in the Promotions page before you claim.
Multiple promotions and stacking
Only one active bonus can be held at a time unless the Promotions page says otherwise. If you claim a new bonus while another is active, the older one may be cancelled. Cashback, free spins, or other rewards may have separate rules that appear with each promotion.
Errors and voids
If a crediting error or display error occurs, we will correct the balance to the fair amount based on the promotion rules. Rounds affected by a material error may be voided and re settled according to the game provider’s logs.
Responsible play and verification
Deposit limits, reality checks, and cool off tools are available in your account area. We may complete verification checks at any time to meet UK requirements. Failure to pass verification may result in removal of bonuses and closure of the account with any real money balance returned where permitted by law.
Amendments and final decision
We may amend these Bonus Terms to reflect regulatory changes or to correct clear errors. Changes will not apply to bonuses already claimed unless required by law or regulation. Our decision on the application of these rules is final, subject to your right to raise a complaint through the published complaints process.
