Scope and eligibility
Withdrawals are available to verified account holders who are at least 18 years old and resident in a permitted jurisdiction. The name on the account must match the name on the payment method.
Only one active account is allowed per person. We may refuse or delay a cashout if duplicate accounts, third party payment use, or other rule breaches are identified.
Verification and security checks
We complete identity and payment checks before releasing funds. Extra documents may be asked for when activity changes or limits are reached.

Processing times
Internal review usually completes within one business day after all checks are satisfied. Payout delivery then depends on the method. E-wallets are typically same day after approval, cards and bank routes usually take one to three working days, and weekends or bank holidays can extend these times.
Minimums, maximums, and limits
The cashier shows the minimum amount allowed per request for each method. If a requested amount is below the method minimum, the withdrawal option will be greyed out.

Withdrawals are returned to the original funding method where schemes allow. Some deposit methods do not support payouts, in which case an eligible alternative will be offered.

Bonus balances and winnings tied to a promotion remain locked until wagering and offer rules are met. The cashier shows whether funds are withdrawable or still restricted.

Pending and cancellation window
Once a request is submitted it moves to pending review. For safer play, reversal of a pending withdrawal is not offered.
Dormant, restricted, or self excluded accounts
If an account is closed for safer gambling or restricted for risk review, withdrawals may be paused until the status is resolved. We will provide instructions in the account area.
Dormant accounts can request a payout after re-verification. Any fees or conditions shown in the Dormancy Policy apply.
How to track a withdrawal
Go to Cashier, then Withdrawals, to see live status and timestamps for each request. Status labels include Pending, Approved, Sent, and Paid.

If a payment exceeds the stated timeframe after the Sent status, contact live chat with the transaction reference from your history. We will trace the payment with the processor.
